i really enjoyed my stay. the hotel had easy access and convenient parking. the heated pool was lovely! i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
the single beds were quite small. it bothered me a little.

the hotel is near a sandy beach, a short walk from the main wharf. it is also close to shops and cafes. this area is easily accessible and well-positioned for exploring.

Acceptable location, some disappointing aspects
the location was convenient for exploring the bay the restaurant dinner was good the staff were very friendly and helpful
my room was not ready upon late arrival the bathroom had not been cleaned properly hair was all over the floor and the toilet could have done with a scrub

lovely stay with fantastic amenities
pool access excellent pool comfortable bed onsite restaurant
the room opened right onto the pool it was convenient the pool was excellent and well kept i enjoyed the huge comfortable bed the air conditioning worked very well. i found the onsite restaurant to be quite convenient.
the underground parking spots were limited it was sometimes hard to find one.

i thought the staff was amazing poolside they were full of smiles the staff kept the area very clean i found them efficient.

the hotel is around the corner from the ferry and main shops the walk is a short and pleasant distance the location benefits from being quieter than the center.

i really appreciated the laundry facilities they were very helpful it was good to have luggage trolleys available i liked the hot tub.
